HEATED VINYASA FLOW

The Vinyasa Flow is yoga based on breath-synchronized movement suited for all levels of students. The teacher will design sequences to warm up the body, connect the breath, and harmonize the soul.  Modifications are provided to make the class accessible to students new to yoga, or those who want a less strenuous practice. The room is gently heated to 80-90 degrees to help warm the muscles, and to help you sweat. Think of it as way to cleanse the mind, and physical detoxification of the body.

YIN YOGA FOR DEEP STRETCHING

Yin yoga incorporates props such as bolsters, blankets, and sandbags to provide as much support in yin yoga postures for your comfort. During this class you will wake up, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, body and mind with a series of postures held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. It emphasizes stillness and silence, and prepares both the body and the mind for a deeper experience in meditation.

The Ashtanga Moon flow provides the most perfect Sunday morning gentle wake-up flow. You can literally feel the morning muscle stiffness melt away as you settle onto your mat in the gently heated room (80-90 degrees). Unlike all other vinyasa classes, Moon Series does not contain a single chaturanga. This is a passive yoga flow class to perfectly compliment your week of heated vinyasa classes. It will leave you feeling connected - mind, body & soul. A wonderful practice to start your week with.
