{HEART} yoga

Join us every Saturday for donation based community yoga class. This is a great way for beginners to try out heated vinyasa flow. Open to the public and suggested donation is $10. Register today for class!

Respect your classmates

Please come on time or early to class to settle onto your yoga mat. We practice a 10 minute grace period, but students should not enter after this time. If you need to leave early, let the teacher know before class and pick a spot near the door to be less disruptive. We thank you in advance.

Pre/Postnatal {yoga} – New Sessions on Wednesdays & Sundays!!

2 New Pre/Postnatal Series starting Wednesday, 5:15p-6:30p & Sunday, @ 10:45am-12:15pm. Prenatal yoga is the perfect way for you to find the connection between your mind and constant changing body, and learn to trust your body's natural birthing wisdom. For new Mommas, this class will help you regain your shape, strength and energy. This program will also help you to nourish your spirit and thrive as a new mom. Perfect for post-delivery, new motherhood and working with new moms of all ages and levels of physical ability. Join Angie in 6 sessions of Pre/Postnatal Yoga for $99. Any missed classes can be made up during the same series on another Sunday/Wednesday class. Drop-in Class $18.
