Arm balances and inversions can be intimidating, even downright scary. Having the tools and fundamentals to safely get into these poses gives you the strength and confidence to expand in your practice.

Wherever you are in your yoga journey, Casey Wickstrom will provide you with the tools and insights to take your arm balance and inversion practice to the next level.

Crow variations, side-crow variations, tripod and classical bound headstand, forearm stand, and handstand will all be explored and deconstructed so you can approach these postures safely and with more body awareness.

Prenatal Partner Yoga Workshop

Expectant mothers and partners are invited to this lovely afternoon of Partner Prenatal Yoga, aimed at teaching your partners how to support mommas through childbirth. We'll explore yoga poses, massage techniques, and ways to cultivate connection and a deeper mutual trust.

Pregnancy is a transitional time for couples, and a great opportunity to step into this phase being a solid, loving team. This workshop is about exploring and honoring these possibilities emotionally, physically, intellectually and spiritually in a safe, supportive space.

No yoga experience is necessary. The workshop is perfect for all trimesters, experience levels, and body sizes. Bring a 2 yoga mats and water.
