Kids Yoga



As a yoga teacher and mom, I always wished that I had started yoga sooner in life. So today, I dedicate a lot of my yoga teaching to kids because I want them to have the life long gift of yoga. Through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and games - kids will have fun, practice love & kindness to themselves and others, and learn strength & flexibility in their minds and body. As parents, we have to offer these tools to our kids so that they can choose right from wrong, their reactions or non-reactions, and absorb emotional stresses with kindness to the self.
