Since August (later summer) is the element of Earth, we will be referring to the wisdom of the meridian theory and exploring a yin sequence built to harmonize the nervous system and optimize the flow of chi in our physical and energy body. Earth is about our feelings of stability. This is the shortest of all seasons, only lasting 4-6 weeks. Here, we will connect with our stomach and spleen meridians to help balance the energies of the late summer.
