Since July is the element of Fire, we will be referring to the wisdom of the meridian theory and exploring a yin sequence built to harmonize the nervous system and optimize the flow of chi in our physical and energy body. Fire is our ability to have relationship, to feel safe, to feel in control, to be intimate, to have fun, to laugh and be excited. Since it is summer, we’ll tap into the heart, small intestines, pericardium and triple burner (aka triple warmer or san jiao) meridians to help balance the energies of the summer.
