Since April is the element of Wood, we will be referring to the wisdom of the meridian theory and exploring a yin sequence built to harmonize the nervous system and optimize the flow of chi in our physical and energy body. As we embrace the season of Spring, we’ll nourish the gall bladder and liver meridians to help balance the energies of the season.
