Try out some new arm balances—many are easier to get into than they appear.
You don't have to have Popeye’s arms in order to do arm balances in yoga. Learn how the right combination of strength, body awareness, and positioning can help you get into Yoga Arm Balances. After a warm-up class, we'll start with Bakasana (crow/crane) and work our way up.
$30 Early-bird / $40 day-of; or combine with our Oct. 21 workshop for $50 for both classes.
