~ Heated Vinyasa Flow
The Vinyasa Flow is yoga based on breath-synchronized movement. The teacher will lead the class from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale.  This yoga technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow, because of the smooth way that the poses run together. The room is gently heated to 80-90 degrees in order to help detoxify the body as well as warm the muscles for deeper stretching.

~ Heated Vinyasa Groove
Explore your strength and discover vitality in this fun and energetic flow. Vinyasa Groove classes incorporate dynamic, powerful yoga and upbeat hip-hop and pop music. We wind down every class with juicy, chill-inducing yin postures. This class is appropriate for all levels and is sure to leave you feeling absolutely blissed out!

Inversions and arm-balances are frequently taught.

~ Yin Yoga for Deep Stretching & Relaxing
Yin yoga incorporates props such as bolsters, blankets, and sandbags to provide as much support in yoga postures as possible, so that the body can fully relax.  With long, restful holds, yin targets the fascia, tendons, ligaments which often limit our range of motion.  The yin yoga class creates an environment geared toward restoration, healing and relaxation. Emphasis on gentle strength to release tension, anxiety, tiredness, and the use of the breath to relax and renew.

~ Mommy & Baby/Toddler {yoga} (up to 36 months)
Spend time with your baby/toddler and get a yoga class in?  Is this possible?  Yes! Come join us for some time on the mat to harmonize and tone the body and with a playgroup for the little ones.
The class is designed to release anxiety by teaching mommies effective yoga exercises safe to perform around tiny children, and how to bond with your baby while doing yoga.  It's surprisingly cute and fun!  We have all experienced how our little ones can sense and are influenced by a mommy’s emotions.  This class also teaches how to use calming breath techniques to settle our own emotions so that our little ones can feel our peaceful presence.
As we all know, a mother's schedule revolves around the little ones. Don't be afraid to get up and take care of business when you need to.

~ Heated Ashtanga Modified Primary Series
The Primary Series is a set sequence of yoga poses created by Ashtanga yoga’s founder, K. Pattabhi Jois.
Ashtanga Yoga is named after the eight limbs of yoga mentioned in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The Primary series is the Yoga Chikitsa Series translated Yoga for Health or Yoga Therapy. The led class is modified to suit the practitioners of the class and performed in a gently heated studio (80-90 degrees.)

~ Heated Ashtanga Moon Series
The Ashtanga Moon Series provides the most perfect Sunday morning gentle wake-up flow, in  a gently heated studio (80-90 degrees).  Unlike all other vinyasa classes, Moon Series does not contain a single chaturanga! If you’ve never tried Moon Series, the vinyasa sequences alone are worth the experience. Students love it!

~ Core & Strength Conditioning
This is not a yoga class but rather an energetic class that will get you moving to strengthen your entire body with your own body weight. Taught by a pro MMA fighter. Great for all levels wanting to build strength from the core.

~ Heart {yoga} Community Class
Heart {yoga} Community Classes are open to the public, free of charge, to ensure all members of our community have access to yoga.  This Community Yoga Class is called Heart {yoga} because we love yoga and teach from our hearts.
