Hi Everyone!

Thank YOU for attending the Grand Opening weekend celebration and bringing your friends and family with you to make it fun and full of energy!  I hope some of you had the opportunity to take Christine’s class while she was here guest teaching for the month.  If you guys didn’t know, Christine and I trained/practiced together for the last 2.5years and she is one of my dearest friends in the world.  She just flew back to Germany on Thursday and we all want to thank her for her wonderful classes, and wish her and the family a safe trip home.  Hopefully, if not this year, maybe next year she will return to teach at Just Breathe {yoga} again while on vacation.  But before she left, she gave us Bheka to watch and bless us every day.  (our Ommm Frog)

Prenatal {yoga} is now twice a week!

Wednesday 4:00pm – 5:15pm & Sunday 2:30-3:45pm

2nd Series begins Wednesday, August 11th and ends Sunday, August 29th

Sign up now! $99/6 classes (3 weeks) and you’re allowed to carry over 1 class into the next series or other classes.

Please pass this to all your pregnant friends!  or gift it with a Gift Card!

Respect your classmates

Please come early or on time to class to settle onto your yoga mat. We practice a 10-minute grace period, but students should not enter after this time. If you need to leave early, let the teacher know before class and pick a spot near the door to be less disruptive. Thank you in advance.

Pre/Postnatal {yoga}

Out of excuses mamas! Prenatal Yoga is now offered four times weekly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays & Sundays!

Prenatal yoga is the perfect way for you to find the connection between your mind and constant changing body, and learn to trust your body's natural birthing wisdom. For new mamas, this class will help you regain your shape, strength and energy. This program will also help you to nourish your spirit and thrive as a new mom. Perfect for post-delivery, new motherhood and working with new moms of all ages and levels of physical ability. Join us for 6 or 12 classes of Pre/Postnatal Yoga (commitment of once or twice a week) during the 6 week session and use them freely in any of the Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays classes scheduled. Drop-in class $20.

Mommy & Baby/Toddler {yoga} Tuesdays 10a-11a

Want to get back into shape? Spend time with your baby/toddler and get a yoga class in? Is this possible? Join other moms for some time on the mat to harmonize and tone the body, with a little playgroup for the little ones. Register early as space is limited! This is a perfect gift for any new mama! Four weeks session $69.

Kids {yoga} on Thursdays, 4:15 – 5:15p!

Do you want to start your kids on yoga early? Help them learn yoga in a fun and comfortable environment, opening their imaginations and heart through story telling and creative yoga poses. Yoga can increase confidence, focus, concentration, increase balance & strength, and much more. Register early required as space is limited. Ages 5-12. Click on the schedule tab above. Ten-weeks session March 16 - May 25th, no class April 13th - $175 (min 5 kids registration for this session).

Come in on your birthday and receive a complimentary yoga class on us! Please bring ID. Start off your special day with a yoga class!

{HEART} yoga

Join us every Saturday for a donation-based community yoga class. This is a great way for beginners to try out heated vinyasa flow. Open to the public. Suggested donation is $10. Register now!
