Welcome and thank you for being a part of Just Breathe {yoga}’s 1st newsletter. My name is Angie Poon, owner & instructor at Just Breathe {yoga}, and fellow neighbor of the Rivermark community.  If you haven’t been following us on Facebook, the renovations on the studio are almost done!  We have a few more finishing touches, some heavy cleaning from all the dust, and lastly furnishing to do.

Mark your calendars!!  We’re tentatively planning our Open House Weekend on May 22nd/23rd so that everyone can visit the studio and meet all the yoga instructors.   Yoga 101 (Intro to Yoga) Workshops, Kids Yoga, live demonstrations, food, fun, and festivities schedule will be announced shortly.

Mommy & Baby/Toddler {yoga} Tuesdays 10a-11a

Want to get back into shape? Spend time with your baby/toddler and get a yoga class in? Is this possible? Join other moms for some time on the mat to harmonize and tone the body, with a little playgroup for the little ones. Register early as space is limited! This is a perfect gift for any new mama! {HEART} yoga

Join us every Saturday for a donation-based community yoga class. This is a great way for beginners to try out heated vinyasa flow. Open to the public. Suggested donation is $10. Register now!

New Friday Community Yoga Classes

New Community Yoga classes are being offered on Fridays, 7:15pm-8:15pm. These new classes will be taught by a rotation of new yoga teachers.

Free to everyone; a generous $10 donation is appreciated. Thank you for supporting our new teachers!

Free birthday {yoga}

Come in on your birthday and receive a complimentary yoga class on us! Please bring ID. Start off your special day with a yoga class!

Respect your classmates

Please come early or on time to class to settle onto your yoga mat. We practice a 10-minute grace period, but students should not enter after this time. If you need to leave early, let the teacher know before class and pick a spot near the door to be less disruptive. Thank you in advance.
